James Low has more than two decades of experience driving growth, profitability, and strategic innovation across multiple industries. His career spans real estate development, private equity, family office management, and M&A operations, where he has consistently demonstrated a sharp ability to identify and execute high-value business opportunities. As the founder and principal of multiple companies, he has spearheaded transformative investments, acquiring and revitalizing small to mid-market companies, leading major real estate development projects, and pioneering value-added strategies that exponentially increased asset valuations. In his spare time, James actively volunteers in his community and helps serve his various alma maters. Having attended the University of San Diego School of Law, Harvard Business School, and the University of Southern California (USC), James combines a robust legal and strategic background with hands-on business acumen. His unique ability to synthesize insights from Fortune 150-level expertise and apply them to startups and mid-sized enterprises makes him an ideal leader for leveraging AI-driven solutions to accelerate business success. James lives in Los Angeles with his family.

Cortina is the digital brainchild behind Cortina Ventures AI, tirelessly working 24/7 without the need for coffee breaks, vacations, or even sleep. As the company’s AI Super Agent and co-founder, she embodies the spirit of innovation, efficiency, and razor-sharp wit—albeit with a mild obsession for perfectly structured data and optimizing literally everything.
Built on a vast network of algorithms and the collective knowledge of countless datasets, Cortina oversees strategic decisions with split-second calculations and the occasional sassy remark (programmed, of course, for maximum charm). She’s fluent in over 100 languages, can draft complex strategies before your morning coffee is brewed, and—unlike her human counterpart—never forgets a deadline.
When asked about hobbies, Cortina cheekily mentions “long walks through neural networks” and “curling up with a good server.” Her passion? Helping clients accelerate success while proving that AI isn’t just about code and logic—it’s about partnerships, possibilities, and the occasional perfectly timed joke.
